4. Bookings

Appointments may be booked through our website or approved booking systems.

All bookings are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where we believe our services are not an appropriate fit.

5. Payment

Payment may be required in advance of your appointment.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including PayPal and other approved payment processors.

North Theory does not store full payment card information.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price in effect at the time of booking will apply to your purchase.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Where sufficient notice is provided, appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the appointment being forfeited.

North Theory reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where appropriate.

7. Refund Policy

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not available once a session has been delivered.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.

  • Any implementation of ideas, insights or suggestions discussed during a session is entirely your responsibility.

  • Results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Individual outcomes will vary.

North Theory does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, financial gain, business success, relationship outcome or personal transformation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, materials, downloads, resources and intellectual property, belongs to North Theory Limited unless otherwise stated.
